CURTIS POUNDER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Curtis Pounder founded Pyramid Real Estate Services Incorporated in 1998 and continues to build his portfolio, covering a wide range of property types across Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean and the south-east of England. Curtis brings a unique mix of local market knowledge, recognised global qualifications, and the benefit of valuation experience for commercial and residential types.
With over 20 years of experience, Curtis also remains an active member of the Barbados Estate Agents & Valuers’ Association (BEAVA) and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
BRANDON STRAKER
PROPERTY VALUATION & SURVEYING CONSULTANT
After graduating with First Class Honors at the University of the West of England in 2019, Brandon joined the Pyramid Real Estate Services team. Along with his extensive knowledge of property valuation and surveying, Brandon possesses a strong understanding of finance, investment and business relations. A high-spirited, team-oriented professional, Brandon is excited to introduce the PRESINC brand to the wider market.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Sherika is an organised, efficient and dedicated administrative assistant with years of experience managing offices of varying sizes across multiple industries. She has worked within numerous branches, including payroll and human resources, which allows her to facilitate an efficient workflow and improve communications between multiple departments and clients. Sherika possesses qualifications in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing and Project Management, making her a key player for PRESINC as a project manager and the brand’s communications.
TONIQUA GRAHAM
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT 
Trustworthy, Thorough, Timely and Tenacious are four words best used to describe Toniqua. She possesses extensive knowledge of planning, design and construction over a range of residential, institutional and commercial projects due to her prior architectural background. Toniqua is passionate about assisting others and has a keen interest in development and expanding knowledge.
